Our Production
Quality Control and Milk Acceptance
At Janta Dairy Farm, our production process begins with a strong emphasis on quality control. We maintain an integrated laboratory dedicated to checking essential parameters of milk and its by-products. Upon receiving milk at our plant, we conduct a comprehensive assessment. This assessment includes the analysis of:
- FAT Content
- SNF (Solids-Not-Fat)
- Protein Levels
- Vitamins
- Adulteration Detection
We rigorously scrutinize the milk according to the standards and norms set by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). Only after meeting these stringent criteria do we accept the milk at our facility.
Milk Preparation and Clarification
Once the milk passes our stringent quality tests, it is immediately chilled to an optimal temperature to ensure its freshness and safety. Subsequently, the milk is processed through a specialized machine called the “milk clarifier.” This precision equipment effectively removes dust particles, milk impurities, and other undesired substances from the milk, guaranteeing its purity.
Homogenization for Enhanced Quality
The clarified milk then undergoes high-pressure homogenization. In this step, the milk is meticulously mixed until it reaches a consistent and optimal texture, resulting in a smoother, richer, tastier, and easily digestible product. Homogenization plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall quality of our dairy offerings.
Deaeration for Premium Quality
After homogenization, the milk undergoes a deaeration process. During this step, all dissolved gases are eliminated from the milk. This process ensures that the milk is pristine and perfect for consumption, with a consistent taste and texture that customers expect from JDF.

As a customer-centric dairy farm, Janta Dairy Farm provides convenience and accessibility to our customers. We’ve developed our own mobile app, available on Android and iOS platforms.
